Courtney Neale:

　

As one of the principles and owners of Maxim Edge, Courtney oversees the day to day operations making sure that every client’s website gets the attention it deserves.

She has somewhat of an obsession when it comes to the rankings of every single client’s website. Her husband can attest to that. She will sit in front of her computer for hours on end looking for the newest marketing trends, tips, and techniques. If she can’t figure something out, which is a rarity, she will do what’s necessary to get the answer and get the job done.

Courtney has her Master’s Degree in Both Business and Marketing from Texas Tech University where she had a full ride scholarship for Volleyball and Basketball. Staying active in both health and fitness and raising two beautiful children, she also finds time to train for marathons and live a healthy, active lifestyle.

　

　

　

Randy Neale:

　

As a principal and owner of Maxim Edge, Randy is responsible for customer acquisition, customer retention and sales management. Randy is very involved with website development and every marketing campaign ensuring client’s get what they pay for.

Randy spent four years in the United States Air Force in the Para-Rescue division during Desert Storm. Following the Air Force, Randy has managed large corporations with an emphasis in Sales, Marketing, and Banking.

Leadership and motivation fuels Randy’s desire to be what he calls a, “Serial Entrepreneur” with a “Failure is NOT an Option”, mentality.

Having owned several businesses, Randy knows the importance of effective marketing that generates buyers while keeping the expenses down. Randy enjoys working out and spending time with his family and is passionate about Maxim Edge and how it helps people expand their business.
